My story begins with my love to the world of art. I've always painted - ever since I remember myself this was my most powerful tool, my quietness, my peacefulness. A paper and a tool for scribbling on it were the source of my power.

Unsurprisingly I've painted all my life feminine figures. The feminine body always fascinated me – as a child these were the high-styled dressed sweet princesses… I grew up and the princess dresses turned into real designs.

As a chubby, beautiful and talented girl I knew that I will always stand out thanks to these abilities and talents. Thus my interest in beauty and

how things are seen was obvious. How I saw things was never simple and ordinary but had an exceptional element which drew much attention.

It was just a matter of time before I started to spread this "magic". From dressing dolls suddenly I was requested by friends to dress them or make them up and asked to take me to shopping and be their stylist…
And then I got calls from friends of friends – total strangers to me. And by then I understood I have something, I felt the power in my hands and realized that sooner or later I should do something with it and spread my word and moto.

I studied fashion design in the academy of arts and design "Bezalel" in Jerusalem and after graduating I worked as a head designer in several companies for the past few years.

During this time I also gave styling consulting for some women - they trusted me and made me understand that I'm doing just what is natural for me to do with love and giving, while they felt afterwards empowered and feminine more than ever. And this brought me to the conclusion that I have to create, I have to invent a new collection for these women.

I'm married to the love of my life Guy and have with him my two little amazing boys Ethan & Rotem, and this "onchiq" brand is like giving birth for the third time.
As a matter of fact, the Name Onchiq was born with me 35 years ago. My late grandmother used to call me so (A short name for the nickname Lironchiq…) and already then I knew this is gonna be the name of the fashion brand I will give birth to one day, as a symbol to my love and appreciation to her.

My grandmother was the dominant woman in my life - she practically raised me and my love to her is limitless and without any conditions. She always cultivated my talent, encouraged me and complimented. She was the one who introduced me to what life has to offer, no matter how hard it might be. Through her I taught about friends, cafés, love and caring but mostly about women and femininity. Her influence on me is there in every step in my life. Suddenly I understood that this name has in it everything I seek for (also as double meaning with On-Chic), and to think it escorted me throughout all my life…

This was the right moment for me. I started to create with love my first collection. I realized it is my destiny, to make women feel comfortable with their body, to empower and be proud with their curves and femininity, to maintain their chic no matter what size they wear, to be special and celebrate life also through their clothes.

The clothes of Onchiq are rich with fabric, fine detailed and sewed. They will fit every woman who wants to show her beauty and they offer her prestigious and unique look for any occasion throughout all day long.
The dresses are airy and comfortable and you could find in each dress its own unique chic with its classic and smart language, which respects and empowers the wearer.
